Each Carillon project will be constructed in accordance with our prototype plans, with certain limited customization to account for community-specific needs. Prototyping allows us to reduce project costs, speed development throughput, increase resident satisfaction and reduce potential for error. By standardizing methods, dimensions and finishes and including greater detail on construction documents, we are able to achieve more accurate pricing, reduce contingencies and risk, and ensure a consistent customer experience.
